The needs of senior managers are often not met within standard corporate Employee Assistance Programs. We are able to provide greater anonymity and a broader range of services targeted at the needs of executives, and can guarantee highly qualified and experienced counsellors as part of an individually designed Executive EAP.
There are a number of different times when an assessment of emotional or psychoeducational functioning can be helpful. When dealing with disability issues grounded in stress or difficulties such as depression, when preparing for a significant life change such as an overseas placement, when trying to understand difficulties in the workplace or at school, it can be helpful to have a full evaluation done by a psychologist.
Within our group we have dynamic speakers on a number of important issues such as bullying, stress, procrastination, and perfectionism and mindfulness meditation. Formats can range from an hour long lunch and learn style, to a more formal presentation, to a training focused on a small number of individuals.
